Flower Dazzling

There’s so much trending in the world of glitter right now. So many different techniques and styles that nail art is becoming not just a craft, but an art. One type of glitter that is getting bigger and bigger is flower dazzling! Yep, flower dazzling.

But why is that a surprise? Flowers have always captured the eyes of us gals! So why wouldn’t you want to add a little flower power to your nails?

Flower dazzling is most popularly used during the spring and summer. Of course you can keep that rebellious attitude of yours and add some flowers to your nails any time of the year, you’ll want to get those nails ready for the spring. Who doesn’t want to see their nails covered with dazzling flowers when everything is blooming all around? So sweet, right?

While covering your nails with a glitter type like powder or even hexagons, covering with flowers might be a little much. Now this is just a general rule, now there’s always someone out there who can find a way to pull this off. Just keep in mind that
sometimes less is more! You don’t want to overload your nails or eyes with flowers, flowers, and flowers. Adding a fair strategic amount and placing your flowers in just the right way is what is going to pull your nails together. Go half covered or even
dipped tips. These are just a couple ideas for using you flower dazzling sparingly.

But hey, no matter how you dazzle with your flowers, have fun with it and love your outcome!

Star Dazzling Glitter

Remember sitting at a desk in a boring class, your teacher rambling on and on…

Instead of taking notes you doodle a couple hundred stars on your lined notebook

paper. Well, what if you took those stars off the page and put them on your nails?

Stars have never gone out of style and can be used by any age group. It’s not like

putting a bunch of hearts on your nails.

Star glitter is not for the timid. It is for the bold and creative nail enthusiast. There

are so many options for your star nails. So many colors to choose from! You can

choose a color that matches your nail polish, or contrast it with a completely

different color. You can really open your mind here and try new things. Glitties has a

wide variety of Star Dazzling glitter colors to choose from.

Star Dazzling glitter is made from acrylic polyester. Each colored star is coated with

a layer of the polyester material. This means these glitters aren’t exactly solvent

resistant. However, the outside layer of the glitter IS solvent resistant. Because this

glitter is layered, it allows the solvent polyester to seep into the side of the glitter

and dissolve the color and plastic core. Just like acetone dissolves acrylic nails. You

can use these glitters in acrylic gel.

Be a little daring and add a little starlight to your nail art. Treat your nail art like

your hairstyle. You don’t want to do your hair exactly the same every single day!

Boring. The same can be said about nails. Try something a little new and be bold

with it!

What Do You Know About Flitter Glitter?

There’s more to think about when picking your glitter than what color you want. Now don’t get me wrong, you have to love the color of your glitter to give yourself
the perfect manicure, but before thinking color think style and type. Hexagon?
Flitter? Fine Powder? Square? There are so many to choose from, it’s overwhelming!

Let’s start with flitter today and why you can never go wrong with flitter nails.
It captures the light in a way other glitters can’t.
There’s just no comparison if you’re looking to blind a few eyes with your nails!

The shape and length of the flitter makes a perfect surface to grab and reflect light.
Something you just can’t get from your fine powder glitter. With flitter on your nails you get a kind of texture that's very different from any other
glitter. While a powder will give you a grainy look, with flitter you’ll get more of a fuzy look. Kind of like putting a sweater on your nails.

It’s the long strands that
make this glitter look and feel completely unique from any other kind.

You can use it in just as many ways as the other glitter types.
Covered in flitter. Half dipped in flitter. Whatever your style, you can pull it off with
some flitter. Get creative, try new looks, and have fun with your glitter! Make stripes
with your flitter glitter, zig zags, or even go half covered and half uncovered.

The
possibilities are limitless. And of course you can do this with any glitter type, but
flitter will give you a look and texture the others can’t!
